This manuscript proposes a field-theoretic prototype of Space-Wave Theory, in which space is treated not as a passive coordinate background but as a physical field carrying a wave-like degree of freedom Ψ. Matter is interpreted as localized modes of the space-wave field, while gravity is interpreted as a coupling between the energy-momentum of Ψ and the spacetime metric. The manuscript presents a minimal action principle, field equations, recovery conditions for known physical theories, and several possible falsifiable tests, including short-range deviations from Newtonian gravity, equivalence-principle tests, scalar gravitational-wave components, cosmological effective density, and the response of Ψ to quantum superpositions of mass. This work is presented as a theoretical proposal and research program, not as an experimentally verified or completed unified field theory. Note: This manuscript is a theoretical proposal. It has not yet been peer-reviewed and has not been experimentally verified. The proposed framework should be understood as a falsifiable research program rather than an established physical theory.
