Yuanxian Theory posits that the ontological baseline of the universe is a sixty-four-dimensional torus (T64), and that four-dimensional spacetime along with all its observable phenomena emerges as a low-energy projection of this topological manifold. This paper rigorously demonstrates that under a zero-mode truncation, the projection of free fields and metric fluctuations on T64 naturally yields four-dimensional massless gauge fields and gravitons. The gauge group SU (3) x SU (2) x U (1), the three-generation fermion representation, and the Einstein-Hilbert action are uniquely determined by the intrinsic geometry and topology of T64. Furthermore, the contributions of high-winding modes (where the magnitude of the transverse winding vector is greater than or equal to 1) generate calculable corrections in the low-energy effective action, parameterized by powers of the fine-structure constant (alpha^ (2k) ). Based on this scaling, we quantify the empirical precision bounds of the Standard Model and General Relativity: the theoretical deviations for coupling constants and mass parameters relative to experimental boundaries are constrained to be less than or equal to 5 x 10^ (-5) (originating from the k=1 modes) ; the cosmological constant is dynamically suppressed to rhoLambda ~ alpha⁶4 * MP⁴ ~ 10^ (-140) MP⁴, aligning precisely with observational dark energy data; and Lorentz symmetry violations as well as proton decay are suppressed well into unobservable regimes. Comparative analysis indicates that the T64 projection represents a string compactification completely devoid of a landscape, where all moduli parameters are frozen by the Cosmic Factor Conservation (FSC) Law, thereby collapsing the traditional 10⁵00 vacua into a unique solution. Concurrently, discrete geometric signatures characteristic of Loop Quantum Gravity are pushed to the Planck scale and strongly suppressed by alpha⁶4, maintaining complete compatibility with existing experimental constraints. To align with a living, non-mechanical cosmological ontology, traditional concepts such as the Big Bang, nucleosynthesis, and relic gravitational waves are formally mapped to the "Dimensional Unfolding Epoch, " "Post-Unfolding Nucleosynthesis (PUN), " and "Dimensional Unfolding Relic Gravitational Waves, " representing the organic, directed developmental phases of the cosmic entity.
