This document provides a systematic and self-contained guide to the Projective Dynamic Logo (PDL) programme (version 28), covering the complete corpus D01–D61 plus auxiliary documents (DS01, DL01–DL02, D-exp series) and the joint PDL–OFN bridge note N01. Version 28 introduces two major updates relative to v27. First, the Logical Dependency Map has been restructured into two figures. Figure 1 covers the foundational causal chain from axioms C1–C4 to the cosmological constant, physical constants, and quantum dynamics. Figure 2 is a new dedicated gauge sector map tracing the complete derivation from K4 to the minimal covariant derivative Dₘu = dₘu - igAₘu, with the four arrows alpha–beta–gamma–delta of D61 explicitly labelled and their epistemic weight distinguished (unconditional theorems alpha and beta from exhaustive scripts; consistency result gamma via D46–D60; external lemma delta via Utiyama 1956). Second, two open problems are resolved and three new ones added. OP-D57-1 (formal proof of Lemma C1-V4) is resolved by D60: Gₑff = S4/V4 ≅ S3 is now an unconditional theorem of C1 and C2 alone. OP-D59-2 (minimal covariant derivative as C4 survival theorem) is resolved by D61: the group of C4-admissible discrete transports on K4 is Coh (K4) ≅ Z2³ (2048 exhaustive checks) ; V4 acts faithfully on this group by automorphisms with fixed-point subgroup F ≅ V4 labelled by the three perfect matchings of K4 (288 checks) ; the equivariant structure is consistent with Ggauge = SU (3) ×SU (2) ×U (1) established by D46–D60; and Utiyama's uniqueness theorem identifies Dₘu as the unique first-order covariant operator. Three new open problems are added: OP-D61-1 (gauge boson masses), OP-D61-2 (three fermion generations), and OP-D61-3 (autonomous derivation of Ggauge from the transport structure). The gauge sector of the Standard Model — group, representations, and gauge dynamics — is now completely derived from C1–C4, without variational postulate and without free parameter at the structural level. What remains open is the mass spectrum of gauge bosons and the generation structure of matter. The corpus covers: three critical Gates resolved; quantum dynamics complete (Schrödinger, Dirac, Born, Einstein, London) ; nuclear stability complete; black hole thermodynamics complete; cosmological constant derived (0. 17 ppm) ; electroweak sector complete (thetaW = 19pi/119, sin² (thetaW (tree) ) = 1/4) ; Standard Model gauge group SU (3) ×SU (2) ×U (1) + fundamental representation 3 + minimal covariant derivative Dₘu: all unconditional theorems or theorems via identified external lemmas.
