This paper proves an inverse visibility theorem for the axial torsion--rotation sector of torsionful twistor transport. Transport data alone see only the effective rotor and have a four-dimensional kernel in the reduced R3 model, while surface obstruction atoms resolve the axial torsion direction up to the unique surface-blind mode. The resulting closed-form reconstruction formulas classify transport stealth, surface visibility, and the remaining kernel of the joint altitude map.
