A closed ontological and mathematical model unifying quantum field theory, general relativity, and the phenomenon of consciousness on the basis of a discrete fractal network — the Crystal. All fundamental constants (α, G, Λ, σ) are derived analytically from the geometry of SU (2) (dimension 3) and SU (3) (dimension 8). The hadron spectrum is reproduced within ~1%. Bare Yukawa couplings of light quarks are derived, not fitted (∼10−7–10−6). The fermion mass hierarchy follows a κ-pattern (1, 3/5, 3/8, 0) determined by group dimensions. The model predicts a fractal distribution of matter with scale hierarchy κ=8/3, confirmed on Gaia DR3 (GCNS) data: 250, 188 stars within 100 pc show d∝n with R2>0. 99. No free parameters. A formal language (Crys) with 48 particle-letters and 13 operators is defined. Part II: Application to Quantum Chromodynamics - analytical derivation of quark-gluon plasma shear viscosity (η/s ≈ 0. 08-0. 12, matching RHIC and AdS/CFT). Proton mass corrected for quark Tick-Lag pulsation (ρ ≈ 0. 86, mₚ = 938 MeV). Pulsation correction vanishes for heavy quarks (ρ → 1), confirming static string picture for J/ψ and ϒ. No free parameters.
