This study introduces the Deshmukh Global Shield Theory (DGST), which argues that galactic centers function as hyper-pressure engines rather than gravitational sinks. By analyzing the M87* black hole, we demonstrate that jet extension and matter expulsion are driven by pressure gradients (P₁₇) rather than gravitational attraction. The discrepancy in Oxygen spectral signatures is identified as 'Pressure-Induced Dissociation' of molecular structures. "The DGST model posits that relativistic jets are not merely energy outflows but are pathways for matter synthesis. By analyzing the observed increase in metallicity—the abundance of elements heavier than hydrogen and helium—surrounding active galactic nuclei (AGN), we argue that Black Holes function as 'Universal Elemental Synthesizers. ' Under extreme core pressure (P₁₇), subatomic particles are synthesized into heavier elements, including Oxygen, which are then expelled via Relativistic Jets. Consequently, these regions do not act merely as gravitational sinks, but as the primary 'oxygen and matter factories' of the universe, significantly contributing to the galactic chemical evolution.
