Abstract Examines the differences in salary, promotions, certified public account (CPA) pass rates and turnover between bachelor's and master's degree graduates of the School of Accountancy and Information Systems at Brigham Young University. Promotion rate between these two groups as the only major inconsistency with prior studies.
