Abstract

Final consolidation of the TQNT-V5.5 → V5.17 development cycle. Scope (theory cascade): particles → masses → cosmology → gravity → inflation → reheating, derived from SU(2)135 + αEM = 1/137 alone. Tally: 19 valid results, including As = 1.89 × 10−9 with no free parameter (V5.15). 2 falsifications RESOLVED: V5.13 (pure inflation tension) resolved by V5.14/V5.15 — R²-Starobinsky correction with coefficient fixed by SU(2)135. V5.16 (Treh below BBN bound) resolved by V5.17 — two-stage cascade through the unknot (no Vassiliev suppression). Status: standalone v1.4 release, coherent with v1.3 editorial choices, covering the full closure of the V5.5 → V5.17 series. Complements the V5 monograph (10.5281/zenodo.19131538).
