SHORT DESCRIPTION (EN) A speculative ontological exploration of incarnation, reincarnation and the energetic continuity of consciousness, proposing a model in which lucid sleep becomes a verifiable bridge between embodied and non‑embodied states. ABSTRACT (EN) This work explores the speculative ontology of incarnation and reincarnation, proposing a reversal of traditional assumptions. The text examines the absence of memory at birth, the analogy between sleep and the prenatal state, and the possibility of an energetic reincarnation occurring during life through lucid presence in the sleep state. The author suggests that reincarnation may not be limited to physical rebirth but may involve the integration of the energetic self with the incarnated self, offering a transformative understanding of life, death and continuity of consciousness. EXTENDED DESCRIPTION (EN) This contribution develops a speculative‑ontological framework that challenges conventional interpretations of incarnation and reincarnation. The author argues that the absence of memory at birth should not be accepted as a mere convention, and proposes an analogy between the prenatal state and the sleep state. Lucid awareness during sleep is presented as a potential experiential basis for an “energetic reincarnation,” in which the energetic self becomes accessible and integrable during earthly life. The text suggests that reincarnation may not be exclusively tied to physical rebirth but may instead involve the re‑integration of the energetic component of the self, which remains active during sleep. This perspective reframes death as a transition comparable to sleep and positions earthly life as an opportunity to unify the incarnated and energetic aspects of being. The work invites further exploration of consciousness, memory, and the continuity of identity beyond physical embodiment. OpenAIRE DESCRIPTION (EN) Speculative ontology of incarnation and reincarnation, exploring the relationship between consciousness, memory, sleep states and energetic identity. The work proposes an alternative model in which reincarnation is understood as the integration of the energetic self during life rather than solely as post‑mortem rebirth. Relevant to studies in consciousness, liminality, phenomenology, metaphysics and the ontology of the self.
