Considering the high divorce rate and the vulnerability of women, this study examining the effectiveness of online post-divorce psychological interventions’ protocol on the general health among Iranian divorced women. A quantitative method, a pretest-posttest quasi-experimental design utilized, which included two experimental and control groups (12 participants per group). The protocol included eight online group sessions, each lasting 150 minutes. Data collected using assessment tools included a demographic questionnaire, the Fisher Divorce Adjustment Scale (FDAS) for screening, and the General Health Questionnaire (GHQ-28) for pre-test and post-test evaluations. Findings indicated the effectiveness of the protocol on the general health (F 1, 22 = 4.067, P < 0.05, Cohen's d= -5.073) and its subscales (Somatic symptoms, anxiety and insomnia, social dysfunction, and severe depression). Consequently, a significant difference showed between experimental and control groups. The results could be, particularly, valuable for politicians and mental health professionals working to improve the well-being of divorced women.
