The Ontology of Mass: Constrained Energy, Inertial Interface and the Emergence of Gravitation

What is mass, physically? This document provides the constitutional answer within the Energy-Efficiency Theory framework: mass is the scalar interface through which ontological inertia becomes externally measurable, defined as m = Ec/v_² --- the constrained-state energy Ec divided by the square of the maximum signal propagation speed v_ on Type II edges.
