R-layer Mode Theory XI investigates the deep generative structure underlying the entire R-layer framework. While Volumes I–X developed the dynamics of the mode field, domain walls, internal bound states, and the unified effective theory, this volume addresses the origin of these structures themselves. A generative equation is introduced as a self-consistency condition for the R-layer, from which the mode field, kink solutions, bound-state spectrum, gauge symmetries, and physical hierarchies emerge as solutions. The R-layer is formulated as a quantum state space whose self-correlation generates the observable mode field. Connections to quantum gravity, holography, and the self-referential nature of physical law are explored. This Version 2 update adds the section “Declaration of Generative AI and AI-assisted Technologies in the Writing Process” and includes minor textual corrections, without altering the scientific content.
