MMU v8 8c presents a new SI scaled FEM and audit release for the Methane Metauniverse framework. The work introduces a frozen K M C Pi G234 Lagrange FEM equation in which K is local stiffness, M is internal inertia, C is lattice contact coupling, Pi is the observable readout, and G234 is the internal gyroscopic coupling term of the w2 w3 w4 response. The release consolidates the strongest current simulation routes. These include reduced radial FEM Rydberg and Balmer scaling, hydrogen deuterium tritium reduced mass isotope shifts, 21 cm hyperfine readout, Larmor and Zeeman response, Stark electric field readout, and a w4 Poisson gravitational like field response. All runs follow a freeze first simulate second compare third workflow. Configurations, thresholds, outputs, manifests and hashes are stored. Failed or incomplete routes are not hidden. The current full 3D w234 Rydberg route remains marked as a visible boundary. Therefore the results are reported as software route support only, not as proof of MMU, not as proof of the hydrogen atom, and not as a replacement for QED or GR. This package contains the FEM program, frozen configuration files, run outputs, quality assessment, reports and the LaTeX article describing the new K M C Pi G234 formulation and the simulation results.
