AbstractThis addendum constitutes the definitive completion of the Unified Consciousness Geometry series. It achieves three primary objectives to bridge the theoretical framework with concrete laboratory physics. First, it provides the direct physical identification of the information field mass parameter mPhi with the O-H. . . O proton tunnelling splitting energy Eₜ, which is directly measurable by inelastic neutron scattering. This links the interaction potential V (Phi) = 0. 5 * mPhi² * Phi² + (lambda₄ / 24) * Phi⁴ to quantum coherence within astrocyte water clusters. Second, it presents the complete experimental falsification protocol for Prediction P9, specifying three independently executable sub experiments whose joint outcomes determine whether the framework stands or falls.
