JWST observations of massive, mature galaxies at redshifts z ∼ 14 challenge the ΛCDMtimeline, which requires ∼ 0. 5 Gyr to assemble 10¹0M_⊙ halos. We show that the UCP-E8++framework naturally resolves this tension. The Big Bang is not a singularity but a coherence transition from the static seed state c = 0 in the Mandelbrot iteration z_ (n+1) =z²ₙ + c, with discrete time t = ntP. Primordial density fluctuations inherit alog-periodic modulation from the self-similarity of the Mandelbrot boundary, leading to an initial power spectrum.
