This essay proposes a new theory of justice based on a synthesis of game theory, systems analysis, and the physics of complex systems. Two axioms are formulated: systemicity (society as a nonlinear system where the common good includes an emergent synergetic term) and the physicality of morality (moral norms as heuristics describing stable attractors of social systems). The concept of a meta-game is introduced — a game aimed at changing the payoff matrix itself. It is shown that the strategy of "Just Cooperation" (J) mathematically outperforms the defection strategy (D) in the long term due to investments in synergetic potential. An equation for systemic intelligence and its connection to morality is formulated. Criteria for just decisions and algorithms for enhancing synergy for economics and governance are proposed. A challenge is addressed to game theory experts, calling on them to move from analyzing static games to designing meta-games with positive synergy.
