R-layer Mode Theory (RLMT) ,This volume establishes the practical realization of the unified R-layer dynamics developed in Volumes XXX and XXXI. We present a complete numerical implementation of the unified multi-scale operator U=c2Ddeep+c2Dmid+c3Dglobal+C, including multi-resolution discretization, hybrid spectral–finite methods, and cross-scale coupling algorithms. These computational tools allow the unified R-layer equation to be executed as an explicit dynamical system. Building on the numerical framework, we propose experimental strategies for detecting deep, mid, and global R-wave components, and outline engineering prototypes that exploit hybrid-mode behavior for communication, control, and signal processing. Volume XXXII therefore serves as the bridge between the theoretical foundation of the R-layer Mode Theory and its practical realization in computation, experiment, and engineering. This work completes the transition from theory to implementation and prepares the ground for the upcoming series-wide review and bilingual editions.
