This study redefines quantum entanglement within the framework of Dynamic Vacuum Theory (DVT). By modeling the vacuum as a superfluid ocean, it presents the 'Artik-Vortex Equilibrium Law' as a deterministic alternative to probabilistic quantum interpretations.
