Programme-entry document for the Discrete Topological Torsion Theory (DTTT) research programme. The Manifesto is the third bundle in the BATCH-1 foundational dependency root (after FOUNDATIONS-SYNTHESIS and AXIOMS) and is the methodologically-load-bearing entry point for outside readers, journal editors, and future collaborators. The framework. DTTT identifies the physical vacuum with a Cosserat micropolar continuum (Axiom A) endowed with RP³ projective topology (Axiom B; psi = -psi), with two topological soliton sectors identified by Diophantine criteria: the right-handed trefoil T (2, 3) for the SUBMISSION-READY cluster and T (3, 4) for third-generation context. Standard-Model gauge bosons and the Higgs scalar are identified with normal modes of trefoil-class Faddeev-Niemi Hopfions (Hopf charge QH = 7). Standard-Model constants are computed as topological / geometric invariants of the trefoil-orbifold pair (M, D² (2, 3) ) via independent peer-reviewed mathematical theorems (Chen-Ruan 2004; Kac-Peterson 1984; Verlinde 1988; Kirk-Klassen-Nicolaescu 1990; Atiyah-Manton 1989; Reidemeister 1935). The methodology. The programme is conducted under Russellian R1-R4 discipline anchored on three substrate-discrimination guards: (i) F-346 anti-numerology meta-test (every k * piᵈ formula must correspond to a topological invariant times vol (RPᵈ) ) ; (ii) L41 substrate-discrimination (every derivation must depend on H-valued Cosserat microrotation and would fail on a different substrate) ; (iii) D-PIS-13 lenses-vs-routes (computational lensing distinguished from structural multi-route). Tier-promotion is user-reserved (no agent auto-promotion). Hostile-referee anticipation is operationalised: every claim asks 'would a hostile topology-aware referee accept this? ' The 10-retraction baseline. The programme tracks 10 documented retractions across the timeline (F-205, F-230, F-272, F-338, F-340, F-348 Russell-Test and architectural self-corrections, plus F-420 cross-sector identity, Series-4 (p+q-1) -graded alpha-series, the nu=1/3 quaternion-route, and three further blocks-spanning closures). Each retraction is timestamped, attributed to a specific discipline-violation type (F-346 / L41 / D-PIS-13 / arithmetic), and re-derivable from the public record. The Russell-Test rate rhoR1 = 9/424 = 2. 12% sits within the pre-registered band 0. 3%, 3%; per RT #9 acceptance, rhoR1 measures self-consistency, not truth, and external validation remains required. The hostile-referee anticipation discipline. Each Tier-alpha paper is built with an embedded hostile-referee section anticipating substrate-agnostic, mathematical, and methodological criticisms before submission. V5 Methodology Ch 7 catalogues the discipline framework; external-LLM independent-model audit (T8 gate) is the operational implementation, pending across all 62 bundles as of 2026-06-14. The V1-V5 volume structure. The full programme is organised into five substantive volumes: V1 Foundations (Cosserat substrate + RP³ + trefoil identification) ; V2a SR/GR/EM emergence; V2b QM/CM/Thermo emergence (V2b currently stub) ; V3 Constants (alpha, sin² thetaW, mH, b₀, thetaQCD, MDR C₄ plus extended SM tally) ; V4 Cosmology (Einstein-Cartan torsion route to Lambda; SHC cosmology) ; V5 Methodology (Russellian R1-R4 + 10-retraction casebook + hostile-referee discipline + F-346 + L41 + D-PIS-13 audit framework). The volumes cite back through the DOI cascade established by BATCHES 1-6. BATCH-1. 3 dependencies. The Manifesto cites BATCH-1. 1 FOUNDATIONS-SYNTHESIS (Cosserat substrate, nu=1/3, 5-tuple operator algebra, 14-layer hierarchy) and BATCH-1. 2 AXIOMS (Axiom A Cosserat + Axiom B RP³ + Identification Theorem) by Zenodo DOI through the macros file dttDOIs. tex. No paper-number references are used. Honest residue (preserved). Six known limits of the programme are inline-documented (Section: v2 honest-residue update): (1) F-346 self-applied INSUFFICIENT, external validation required; (2) recursive internal reflection has diminishing returns; (3) rhoR1 measures self-consistency, not truth; (4) F-350 independent-team replication required for full validation; (5) resolution ceiling at ~1-2% precision (sub-1% requires auxiliary constructions adding hidden degrees of freedom) ; (6) headline 1+1+1+0 framework count is layer-dependent. SHC R-1 PDE-analytic essential-self-adjointness closure remains the single highest-leverage open task; closure promotes AXIOM-Gamma to THEOREM and the alpha-assembly to THEOREM-grade.
