Within the Fractal Quantum Holographic Paradigm (FKGP) 4.0, particle entanglement is sustained by the chi-channel — an informational Hilbert space that is global and does not obey the light cone. The 'light cloak' mechanism hides the chi-channel from ordinary photonic experiments through time-averaging of fractal fluctuations in the projection kernel. This paper proposes a protocol for neutrino probing of the chi-channel, exploiting a fundamental difference between neutrinos and photons: neutrinos interact with the phi-channel only via the weak force, creating no electromagnetic noise, and barely decohere when passing through matter. Two experiments are proposed: (A) measuring Bell-inequality violation for entangled photon pairs under neutrino irradiation, and (B) a neutrino-entangled Bell test through Earth. Quantitative falsifying criteria are formulated for both.
