Abstract

Within the framework of Topological Knot Quantum Theory (TQNT V5), neutral-meson oscillations L ↔ L* are not a flavour-mixing phenomenon driven by the SM CKM matrix (flavour is an SM bookkeeping artefact). They are tunnelling oscillations between a topological link L and its mirror L*, governed by a single chiral frequency omegachi = sqrt (Fₜorque / Ichi). V5p29 closes the canonical series opened by V5p27 (mutual EM oscillation, reconception commit 402b8ce) and continued by V5p28 (collective inertia, zero free parameter, 0. 820 dex). With two calibrated parameters (beta = -1. 30, delta = -2. 7715 — the latter derived from first principles in V5p31), V5p29 reaches Sum|log| = 8 × 10-4 dex on K0, D0, B0, Bs0. Canonical formula: omegachi = sqrt (Fₜorque / Ichi), with Ichi = IV5. 34F3 × (1 + beta · Aᵣel) ₚairs × prod₈<₉<₊ (1 + delta · |cₘin + cₘax - 2 cₘid| / cₘid). Two parameters (beta calibrated on the K0, D0, B0, Bs0 set; delta exact = -4 ln d₁/₂ (k=135) = -2. 7715 — see V5p31). Per-meson results vs PDG: K0: 3. 484e-12 MeV (calibrated, log r = 0) D0: 6. 252e-12 MeV vs PDG 6. 250e-12 (log r = +0. 0001, +0. 03 %) B0: 3. 333e-10 MeV vs PDG 3. 334e-10 (log r = -0. 0001, -0. 04 %) Bs0: 1. 167e-8 MeV vs PDG 1. 169e-8 (log r = -0. 0006, -0. 14 %) Cross-system ratio Bs/B = 35. 02 vs PDG 35. 05 (-0. 1 %) Honest accounting. beta is calibrated by minimising Sum|log| on the four-meson set; delta becomes first-principles via V5p31. K0 contributes exactly zero (it fixes J, and fᵢjk (K0) = 0 by construction). The full first-principles derivation of beta from cJ (3₁) was attempted in V5p30 with ten methods — none reached the required precision; beta remains calibrated. Falsifiable predictions: (i) 4-component mesons with crossing triplets in arithmetic progression carry no three-body shift; (ii) mesons with extreme triplet asymmetry receive enhanced corrections of sign fixed by delta < 0; (iii) Bs/B = 35. 02 is robust at the 0. 1 % level under canonical knot assignments.
