This record contains the paper A Blind Dwarf-Galaxy Test of the Horizon-Cadence Spectral Galactic Law with LITTLE THINGS. The paper reports an independent blind test of the fixed horizon-cadence spectral acceleration law previously introduced and tested on the SPARC radial acceleration relation. The acceleration scale and response kernel are kept unchanged from the SPARC analysis; no parameter is recalibrated for the LITTLE THINGS sample. The test uses independent dwarf-galaxy rotation-curve products from LITTLE THINGS / Iorio et al. (2017), which were not used in the SPARC compilation. The baryonic acceleration is reconstructed from published profiles only: gas from H I surface-density profiles, helium-corrected, and stars from 3.6 µm surface-brightness scale lengths normalized to published SED stellar masses. No halo is subtracted, no acceleration scale is fitted, no shape parameter is adjusted, and the rotation curves are never used to tune the baryonic model. Applying the same point-level velocity-error filter as in the SPARC analysis yields 11 dwarfs and 130 radial points in the main configuration. With the full gas+stellar reconstruction, the residuals have bias +0.052 dex, scatter 0.161 dex, and median absolute deviation 0.077 dex. The gas-only reconstruction, used as a conservative lower bound on the baryonic acceleration, gives +0.125 dex, 0.231 dex, and 0.086 dex respectively. The reduction of the positive bias when the stellar component is added confirms that the gas-only test was a lower-bound control rather than a failure of the law. This record is intended to provide a reproducible reference for the LITTLE THINGS blind test, including the manuscript, source files, analysis scripts, machine-readable summary tables, audit files, and figures.
