Abstract

This record provides v0.2 of the Structural Reference Framework (SRF) as an operational Reference Branch Map for visible-body interpretation. The parent SRF record is: Kang S. Zenodo. 2026. doi:10.5281/zenodo.20457623 This v0.2 update preserves the core SRF principle that observation and interpretation are distinct operations. A body-related output does not become meaningful simply because it is measured, recorded, photographed, classified, or displayed. It becomes interpretable only when the reference condition through which it is being read is made explicit. The central contribution of this update is the Reference Branch Map. The map organizes body-related outputs into five major reference branches: Mass Reference Body-Composition Reference Regional Anthropometric Reference Visible-Body Reference Longitudinal Reference The main update concerns the Visible-Body Reference branch. This version separates Visible-Body Reference into two sub-branches: Relational-Proportion BranchThis branch includes BPI, BG-10, BPI-R6, BPI-R6 Reference Concordance, and BPI-R6 Dual-View Representation. Structural-Flow BranchThis branch includes SFT-5. This separation clarifies that BPI-R6 and SFT-5 are adjacent but distinct visible-body reference structures. BPI-R6 preserves continuous relational-proportion structure, while SFT-5 provides a typological language for dominant visible structural silhouette flow. SFT-5 should not be treated as a direct conversion of BPI-R6, and BPI-R6 should not be treated as an automatic SFT-5 classifier. This update does not create a new score, diagnostic system, body-type hierarchy, interpretation engine, or implementation procedure. SRF does not itself compute, classify, rank, diagnose, or evaluate the body. Its role is to identify the reference branch through which a body-related output should be interpreted.
