We construct a unified emergent framework based on a (4+D) -dimensional thick domain wall and a fundamental matrix field Phi (X). A single unified total action serves as the master equation governing all classical and quantum phenomena in this universe. All macroscopic and microscopic kinematic motion is interpreted as emergent cosmic expansion. The effective spacetime takes the conformal form g_=e^2g_, which recovers Newtonian gravity and strictly satisfies the Cassini bound for the PPN parameter gamma=1. Topological textures on the domain wall reproduce the gauge group SU (3) C x SU (2) L x U (1) Y via homotopy groups, while chiral fermions arise as Jackiw-Rebbi zero modes. Ultralight fluctuations of Phi form coherent ultralight dark matter with mass mDM ~ 10^-33 eV, and holographic dark energy originates from the domain-wall transverse size. We reinterpret the fifth force as a cumulative gravitational background and argue that quantum mechanics is an intrinsic behavior of the cosmic substrate with no independent fundamental equation. The framework yields three testable predictions: null temporal variation of the fine-structure constant on Earth, a neutron electric dipole moment dₙ ~ 8 x 10^-28 e cm, and CMB non-Gaussianity fNL ~ 0. 5-1. This is the 5th revised final version. Improper academic wording is standardized; physical origin of domain-wall thickness, uniqueness of Z₃ three-generation vacuum degeneracy, compatibility between SU (5) unification scale and proton decay experimental bounds, and energy-scale labels for appendix derivations are supplemented. Core master equation, (4+1) D framework and whole theoretical skeleton remain unchanged. This version is finalized for formal journal submission.
