Comment on:“Brentuximab-vedotin and bendamustine for relapsed or refractory Hodgkinlymphoma: the LYSA real-world experience”
To evaluate the efficacy of early treatment intensification with bendamustine and brentuximab vedotin in patients with classic Hodgkin lymphoma who did not achieve complete metabolic remission after ABVD.
Included patients aged ≤60 with classic Hodgkin lymphoma not achieving complete metabolic remission after two cycles of ABVD.
Administered bendamustine supercharge combined with brentuximab vedotin as a follow-up treatment.
Analyzed treatment outcomes based on metabolic remission rates.
Significant improvement in complete metabolic remission rates post-treatment with combined therapy.
Event-free survival increased compared to standard treatments in this patient population.
