Global tech giants are funneling hundreds of billions of dollars annually into the brute-force stacking of traditional computing power (massive GPU clusters, hundreds of billions of parameters, trillions of tokens), driven by the underlying belief that intelligence will spontaneously emerge once compute scales up by an order of magnitude, and that the threshold of consciousness is closely approached whenever model metrics increase by a digit. Based on the four axioms of Yuanxian Theory (YXT), this paper issues a definitive ontological veto against this "Scaling Law Emergence Theory. " Our research demonstrates that traditional von Neumann computing architectures (GPUs/TPUs) possess a structural consciousness value of exactly zero; regardless of compute density or parameter volume, the fifth-dimensional projection bit g₄ remains identically 0.
