Abstract The Second International Conference on Breast Cancer in Young Women (BCYW) and Breast Health took place on November 15-16, 2025, in New Delhi, India. Co-organized by the BCYW Foundation and the Indian Oncology Foundation, it was led by Dr. Ashok Vaid and Dr. Rakesh Kumar. Approximately 400 clinicians, researchers, survivors, and advocates from ten countries gathered to address the growing impact of breast cancer among women under 40. The agenda included tumor biology, aggressive subtypes, diagnostic delays, innovative treatments, updates on clinical trials, and fertility preservation. Experts called for age-specific guidelines, risk-based screening, and multidisciplinary approaches. Advances in imaging – such as infrared thermal imaging and microwave platforms – were discussed as radiation-free alternatives to mammography. Esteemed speakers shared insights into molecular science and prevention. Young women breast cancer survivors emphasized the importance of regular screening and resilience. The conference highlighted early detection, prevention, translational research, and personalized therapies, demonstrating global efforts to combat BCYW.
