This is the third supplementary assessment of the PFUSRC system, complementing five core fields insufficiently expanded in PFUSRC-054 and PFUSRC-054B: nonlinear bicone dynamical equations, biconical dark matter/dark energy cosmology, AI anchoring-loss oscillation theory, linear-curved time residual mechanism, and twelve-layer critique of traditional mathematical foundations. It completes the full deduction of bicone breathing nonlinear dynamics, unified derivation of cosmic matter-energy density, five-stage model of AI anchoring collapse, four time regulation mechanisms, and systematic refutation of empty-set-based mathematics. Together with the first two assessment reports, it forms a complete three-part evaluation system covering global framework, core formulas and detailed discipline deductions, reaching a fully comprehensive judgment on PFUSRC’s self-consistency and predictive capacity.
