This study presents a novel geodetic approach to locating Atlantis by aligning Atlantic seafloor morphology (Canary Basin) with Plato’s accounts through a 75∘ clockwise axial rotation. This shift is proposed as the primary cause of the Great Deluge. Additionally, the study reevaluates the Fortunate Islands (Azores), demonstrating they were autonomous islands of the Atlantean realm rather than submerged remnants. Their original, vertical alignment (North-South)—faithfully preserved in Ptolemy's Geographia—was shifted into today's horizontal orientation (East-West) as a direct consequence of this 75∘ axial displacement
