This report presents the results of an exploratory analysis conducted on the PHILIA OS z-score dataset comprising 182 substrates across five confirmatory campaigns (SC-8 through SC-10, seeds 67–91, k=5 campaigns, 4, 550 total runs). The analysis spans 14 exploratory items organized into five bundles, executed via a unified modular analysis script (philiaₑxploreₐll. py v1. 1) following Gate-0 v10 protocol. The central finding is unambiguous: PHILIA's z-score structure is substrate-dominant, family-hierarchical, and AR (1) -axis-organized. Campaign effects are negligible (SScampaign = 0. 034%), at or below the level of measurement noise.
