The phenomenon of quantum non-locality, famously dismissed by Albert Einstein as “spookyaction at a distance,” remains one of the most polarizing paradoxes in modern physics. Thispaper presents the revised DVT Teleportation Protocol (Protocol 01), which fundamentallyredefines non-local state correlations and particle transfer not as non-physical informationcloning, but as a macroscopic phase-matching mechanism within a non-zero density superfluidvacuum substrate. By resolving previous dimensional and topological inconsistencies, wederive a mathematically rigorous expression for the teleportation amplitude (Ψtrans) andthe corresponding execution probability (Ptrans). This framework transitions non-localmatter transfer from probabilistic quantum mechanics to exact, deterministic continuumfluid dynamics.
