The current Paper 63 benchmark does not claim that the observed cosmic baryon asymmetry or the full dark-matter program has already been derived from first principles. It does show that, in the verified QGEFT multi-graph surrogate, the bulk plays two distinct but compatible roles. First, adaptive bulk bridges act as a true topological-osmosis channel, reducing the purification time for `16` injected antimatter-like defects from `50` sweeps in the static branch to `1` sweep in the `adaptive-dual` branch. Second, the same bulk structure is strongly disfavored as a standalone shadow halo on DDO154 (`reduced chi2 ≈ 75.826`) but favored as an indirect gravitational-response modifier (`reduced chi2 ≈ 0.994`), outperforming both `QGEFT-core` (`≈ 1.183`) and `NFW` (`≈ 10.435`). The defensible conclusion is therefore that the bulk behaves here as a thermodynamic purification valve plus a large-scale geometric stress-relief channel, not as a particulate dark sector.
