Abstract Digital transformation has emerged as a critical driver reshaping the landscape of Human Resource Management (HRM) in the modern era. Organizations are increasingly adopting advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data analytics, cloud computing, and automation to streamline HR processes and enhance decision-making efficiency. This study explores how HR professionals are navigating the challenges and opportunities presented by digital transformation. The paper highlights key challenges including resistance to change, skill gaps, data privacy concerns, and the need for continuous technological adaptation. Simultaneously, it emphasizes opportunities such as improved talent acquisition, enhanced employee engagement, data-driven HR practices, and increased organizational agility.
