This working paper proposes Normative Field Theory (NFT) as a gauge-theoretic formalization of legal-institutional resistance in IusSpace. It unifies constitutional lock-in, institutional hysteresis, and memetic fitness through a normative metric tensor, a non-Abelian gauge connection, and a phenotypic force equation tested against Argentine labor reform failures and comparative cases.
