This release defines the QDS Parameter-Origin Doctrine v1.0, a methodological upgrade to the Quantum Dynamic Systems framework. The doctrine states that QDS kernel parameters should not be treated as unrestricted external tuning constants. Instead, the amplitude σχ², temporal coherence scale τc, and spatial coherence scale λc are classified as effective observables reconstructed from fluctuation amplitude, temporal autocorrelation decay, and spatial two-point correlation structure. The release introduces a parameter-status registry: reconstructed, predicted, fitted-under-audit, and null-controlled. It also defines a validation pipeline linking residual fields, correlation reconstruction, locked parameter packs, held-out testing, null controls, and exportable audit ledgers. This note is intended as a falsifiable parameter-governance layer for QDS research and engineering applications. It does not claim experimental confirmation of QDS as a fundamental physical theory.
