The Bhagavad Gita, one of the most influential philosophical texts of India, continues to provide valuable insights for contemporary society beyond its spiritual foundations. In the present era of globalization, technological advancement, workplace stress, ethical dilemmas, and leadership challenges, modern organizations increasingly seek value-based and ethical approaches to management. The teachings of the Bhagavad Gita offer practical guidance on leadership, emotional intelligence, self-management, ethics, motivation, and organizational harmony. This chapter examines the relevance of the Bhagavad Gita in modern management practices and explores how its principles contribute to effective organizational functioning. The study adopts a qualitative and conceptual approach based on secondary sources such as books, peer-reviewed journal articles, and academic publications related to management and Indian philosophy. The chapter discusses important concepts including Karma Yoga, Nishkama Karma, Dharma, self-discipline, emotional balance, ethical governance, and transformational leadership. It further analyzes the practical application of these principles in leadership development, human resource management, stress management, conflict resolution, and corporate ethics. The findings suggest that the Bhagavad Gita provides a holistic framework for sustainable and human-centered management practices. The study concludes that integrating the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita into management education and organizational culture can contribute to responsible leadership, ethical decision-making, and organizational well-being
