ABSTRACT This report describes the case of a 73‐year‐old woman with advanced undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma (UPS) who was intolerant to chemotherapy. Following amputation, she received sintilimab plus anlotinib and achieved a partial response with 76.6% tumor reduction. This combination may be a potential option for chemotherapy‐ineligible advanced UPS, warranting further investigation.
