Pre-registration SHA256 (v0. 5): bb72b836a6aa02159a82ee6a44b76da0add69b7b278dee8462f22ccdaa707d51 We pre-register PHILIA Phase SC-13, the fifth confirmatory study and final Phase 1 campaign conducted under the PHILIA OS Identity Declaration (78th DOI: 10. 5281/zenodo. 20695816), which repositioned PHILIA OS as a Sensory Physiology Organ functionally analogous to the Thalamic-Cerebellar-Brainstem axis. The macro-purpose of PHILIA OS output data (z-coordinate, substrate class, meta-state) is to support the metacognitive reasoning of generative AI systems. SC-13 applies the locked v32 apparatus to n=188 substrates under independent seeds 102–106 (T=80, 000; 940 total runs).
