This Blue Paper develops the communications intelligence architecture of Wholonomics. It argues that a platform as deep and multi-layered as Wholonomics cannot rely on ordinary marketing, improvised visibility, viral slogans, or isolated document release. Wholonomics requires a structured communications architecture capable of carrying its ontological depth, economic innovation, social meaning, pilot design, civilizational purpose, and practical invitation across multiple audiences. The central premise of this paper is that communication is not external to Wholonomics. Communication is one of the infrastructures through which Wholonomics becomes legible, transmissible, testable, and scalable. A white paper can disclose the architecture. A grey paper can ground the implementation. But the Blue Paper explains how the architecture travels through information space, reaches individuals, forms cohorts, activates leaders, and allows coherence loops to replicate without losing their design discipline. This document develops the layers of that communications architecture: core narrative, controlled compression, the figurative Paradigm Coin, One Coherent Loop transmission, video outreach, audience translation, public starter kits, media-amplified pilots, document linking, signal hierarchy, and coherence-loop amplification. It proposes that Wholonomics should be understood not only as an economic and governance architecture, but also as a signal architecture: a way of making coherence visible, understandable, and actionable. The purpose of this Blue Paper is to provide Wholonomics with a structured external intelligence layer. It helps the system think clearly about how it speaks, how it is seen, how its documents are used, how video can carry the model outward, how individuals become experimenters, how experimenters become stewards, and how many local coherence loops can become a distributed design-science field. Blue Thesis: Wholonomics becomes scalable when coherence becomes visible enough to spread and disciplined enough to remain true. The Wholonomics Blue Paper defines the communications architecture by which Wholonomics becomes legible, reachable, replicable, and scalable in the world. The central problem is not simply visibility. The central problem is legible transmission. Value flows toward what strengthens the whole.
