This paper constructs the complete ontological backbone of the PFUSRC theoretical framework without presupposing any mathematical axioms, physical laws or philosophical premises, taking only the geometric operation of drawing two intersecting lines as the sole primitive starting point. Through strictly self-contained topological deduction, the work systematically derives the identity of infinity and infinitesimal at the intersection point, the boundary law of effective physical and mathematical descriptions, the minimal closed biconical topology generated by two superimposed crosses, the inherent 45° steady-state geometric constant of the bicone, the dual four-dimensional ontology consisting of Flowing State and Latent State, the interdependence of matter and interval, residual topological textures inside material entities, the layered transitional boundary between two four-dimensional flux states, the cognitive demarcation between the describable Mother Universe and the unknowable Hyper Universe, the topological definition of life and consciousness, and the Ψ–Ξ anchoring ontological information mechanism. All logical chains form a self-consistent closed ontological loop without external auxiliary assumptions.
