A wall possibly associated with a 15th century crucked aisled hall was found within the remains of an 18th/19th century mill house. The 18th century, ashlar, wheel pit was found under the house opening onto an ashlar leat that was in turn replaced by a brick-built tunnelled leat. Part of a 19th century brick-built wheel house was also found. No remains of any machinery apart from the upper stone of a dressed mill stone were found
