Abstract

A single action Lₜotal = Lcoherential + Lgravity + Lgauge + Lₘatter unifies gravitational physics, electromagnetism (alphaₑm = 1/137. 036 derived from n=27), BMS asymptotic symmetry (Strominger triangle closed), cosmology (eta, OmegaLambda, H₀), and the Standard Model (via Post I-prime and Higgs portal kappa). The topological sector cos (3 phi) carries exact Z₃ symmetry, providing a structural bridge to SU (3) c (CU-1 bis, Step 1 proved). Twenty falsifiable predictions. Primary test: LIGO O5 epsilon = +0. 7297% ~2027. Higgs mass prediction: 125. 706 GeV. g₂ and g₃ remain SM inputs.
