General Relativity (GR) has passed all experimental tests at the solar system scale, yet at cosmological scales it is forced to introduce unknown components such as the cosmological constant, dark matter and dark energy to fit observational data, and fails to account for the Hubble tension. This paper argues that these symptoms are not independent observational anomalies, but different manifestations of the same structural flaw: the geometric language system of General Relativity cannot provide a well-defined global energy for a dynamic universe. Without a global energy anchor, velocity addition across gravitational fields cannot incorporate metric corrections of gravitational potential, and the conversion between kinetic and potential energy is "outsourced" to the geometric background; cosmic acceleration has no intrinsic dynamical source and can only be appended with an external ; the anomaly in galactic rotation curves lacks a self-consistent explanation and requires hypothetical unknown particles; the Hubble tension has no resolution mechanism and remains suspended as an "unsolved puzzle". This paper presents a progressive diagnosis at three levels: at the local level, velocity is the manifestation of energy, and motion across gravitational fields must account for gravitational potential corrections; at the framework level, the definition of global energy is a logical prerequisite for any cosmological theory; at the cosmological level, the absence of global energy inevitably leads to the superposition of ad hoc patches and cross-scale tensions. On this basis, this paper presents a systematic solution from Metric Logic Dynamics (formerly Time Field Theory, TFT): through the global evolution of the scalar time field (r, t), global energy is precisely defined and strictly conserved, and the origin, evolution and fate of the universe unfold naturally within the same logical framework — no, no dark matter, no dark energy required, and the Hubble tension is automatically resolved — since observations at different redshifts are merely different readings on the same evolutionary curve. All experiments in physics never verify ontology, but only verify the accuracy of the language describing ontology; the absence of global energy is essentially a boundary of geometric language, not a property of the physical universe.
