This document is the formal pre-registration for two empirical lake builds associated with the KishLattice Geometric Harmonic Spectroscopy (KLGHS) sister papers: The Geometric Electron and The Orthogonal Torque: Redefining Magnetism as Lattice Torsion (KishLattice 16/π Initiative LLC, 2026). KLGHS is a spectroscopic framework that scalarizes physical measurements across all scales using the geometric modulus kgeo = 16/π ≈ 5. 093, mapping them into a discrete harmonic register family (N/π) through a four-stage pipeline: scalarize, unify, chaos null construction, and pinch table with z-scores. The sister papers argue that the word "electron" has been applied to three geometrically distinct physical modes — structural (atomic vertex), kinematic (current/propagation), and transitional (emission/reconfiguration) — and that each mode should scalarise to a different KLGHS harmonic register rather than a single shared one. This pre-registration locks the specifications for two of the three empirical tests before any data is acquired: Lake 1 — Lfermiᵥelocity (Kinematic Channel): Fermi velocities of elemental metals from Ashcroft & Mermin (1976) Table 2. 1, in m/s, transform logₛtandard, natural unit 1 m/s. Predicted register: 16/π (the kinematic primary, confirmed across stellar velocities, TTV deviations, and pulsar spin parameters in Vols 9–11). Confirmation threshold: chaos z-score ≥ +5. 0 (STRONG). Lake 2 — Lₑmissionₙist (Transitional Channel): Atomic emission transition frequencies for elements Z = 1–18 from the NIST Atomic Spectra Database, in Hz (converted from eV via E = hν at the promote stage, raw eV preserved), transform logₛtandard, natural unit 1 Hz. Classified by ground-state vertex geometry: 2-vertex (H, He), 4-vertex (Li–Ne), 8-vertex (Na–Ar), EXCLUDE (Z > 18). Each vertex class runs through the three-tier chaos null independently. Predicted register: 25/π (the electromagnetic propagation register, confirmed for stellar luminosity, CMB anisotropy, and FRB dispersion measure). Confirmation threshold: chaos z-score ≥ +5. 0 (STRONG) per class. Falsification conditions, scope limits, EXCLUDE handling protocol, transform names, data sources, and Aurora Protocol role assignments are all stated in full. All results — STRONG, Moderate, or Null — will be published without modification in the sister paper documents. The DOI of this pre-registration is the chain-of-custody anchor for both lake builds. No pipeline run begins before this timestamp exists.
