Abstract Modern physics is faced with core dilemmas such as the disconnection between macroscopic gravity and microscopic interactions, the absence of vacuum ontology, and redundant assumptions of dark matter and dark energy. Based on the core axiom of source field monism, this paper constructs a complete theoretical system of Real-Virtual Dual Field Theory (RVDT). Taking the virtual field as the physical medium substrate of space, the characteristic scale of 1.944 mm macroscopic discrete lattice and the conjugated golden decay constant are derived from first principles. A gradient-divergence-curl differential system of discrete lattice field strength and macroscopic continuous field strength is established, and the global coupling equation of field temperature ratio-medium density-lattice scale-field resistance is derived, realizing the quantitative self-consistency between microscopic medium structure and macroscopic dynamics. This paper constructs a global unified Lagrangian in the form of complex composite field, embedded with source field resistance and saturation density constraints, which eliminates vacuum energy divergence and singularity problems from the root. Based on the variational principle and scale differentiation mechanism, the fundamental unification of four basic interactions—gravitation, electromagnetic force, strong nuclear force and weak nuclear force—is realized within a single framework, and the modified gravitational field equation with virtual field damping and the RVDT version of Maxwell equations are derived. The theory can explain physical phenomena across scales such as galactic rotation curves, planetary rotation and tidal locking, particle spin, nuclear fission and matter-antimatter annihilation, and provides a microscopic medium mechanism interpretation for the space-time effects of special relativity. On this basis, this paper expands and constructs a cross-scale many-body system simulation framework and a steady-state nuclear fusion plasma supercomputing simulation model, and proposes two unique testable predictions: the asymptotic fall of peripheral rotation velocity of galaxies and the late damping deviation of gravitational waves from neutron star mergers. Multi-dimensional observational verifications show that the theoretical calculated values are in good agreement with measured data such as cosmic microwave background radiation, Earth-Moon orbital perturbation and planetary rotation velocity. This study provides a self-consistent alternative paradigm for solving the fundamental dilemmas of modern physics, with both basic theoretical depth and engineering application potential.
