This public concept note presents the worldview and governance principles underlying Silhouette Intelligence in the age of AI-assisted body observation, measurement, tracking, and visual analysis. While related notes define Silhouette Intelligence as a human-centered interpretive capacity and the OIDE Framework as a process of Observation, Interpretation, Design, and Execution, this companion note focuses on the ethical and philosophical foundation of that capacity. It introduces interpretive agency, design agency, and execution agency as three core governance principles for preserving human authority over the meaning, direction, and lived execution of bodily change. The note argues that AI, scanners, applications, photographs, measurements, and body-composition devices may assist observation, but they cannot replace the human subject who lives inside the body, remembers its history, interprets its condition, designs its direction, and executes change through daily life. This document is exploratory and conceptual. It does not propose a diagnostic tool, clinical system, psychological scale, beauty score, aesthetic ranking system, automated decision-making model, or validated intervention protocol. Its purpose is to establish an early public worldview and governance record for human-centered body interpretation, AI-assisted self-management, and silhouette-oriented educational development.
