The modern cosmological crisis centered around the Hubble Tension (~67 km/s/Mpc from early-universe CMB vs. ~73 km/s/Mpc from late-time local observations) strongly indicates that the static standard Lambda-CDM model is fundamentally incomplete. We propose a self-consistent framework that resolves this tension by replacing the cosmological constant with a dynamic, unified dark fluid embedded within an elastomeric spacetime brane.
