This note is the second entry in the Polarized (Sₗ) -Membrane Cosmology series. Opus I formulated the model as a three-sector projection problem involving a visible matter-oriented branch, a conjugate branch, and a neutral relic sector. Opus II sharpens the mechanism by introducing the (Sₗ) -membrane as a threshold-based sorter of a universal forward/backward worldline-orientation label. The Standard Model particle spectrum is treated as input. The new structure proposed here is not a unification of quarks and leptons, nor a derivation of the three generations, but a universal orientation coordinate carried by residual Standard Model excitations. Above the (Sₗ) -membrane crossing threshold, particles traverse the membrane freely and ordinary annihilation proceeds. Below the threshold, after most annihilation has occurred, residual oriented excitations are projected into dynamically isolated branches. The paper also defines a geometric yield ansatz for the neutral relic channel (Rₒ䂶), treating the observed dark-to-baryonic matter ratio (₃₌/b 5. 3) as the first quantitative target of the program. The note does not claim to derive this value from first principles. Instead, it identifies the mathematical objects required for such a derivation: the (Sₗ) -membrane threshold scale, orientation projectors, spectral/index structure, relic multiplicities, and gauge-neutrality constraints.
