This paper specifies how the anchors of La Profilée (LP) are measured from domain data without presupposing the verdict they feed. The Domain Translation Protocol fixes anchor identification — what counts as an antecedent, LP-independent anchor; this paper fixes anchor measurement — how the existence indicator (feeding Q1), the diachronic identity relation ∼ᵢd (feeding Q2), and the roles F, M, K are computed from records established independently of LP. The central result is the Indicator Independence Condition (IIC): every indicator must be computable from data fixed prior to and independently of the verdict it supports, with the corollary that measured proxies are evidence bearing on a verdict, never constitutive of it. Two guards — antecedent sourcing and blind coding — keep the procedure from collapsing into self-confirmation. The measurement order is Q2 before Q1, justified by the Q1/Q2 asymmetry and by the requirement that the identity verdict Q2 not be conflated with the coupling role K. The organization domain is the first operational instance, doubly justified by data density and by its status as a diagnosis domain. This paper therefore establishes operationalization, not proof; the extension to a proof domain is identified as the next step.
