This paper presents the “Belik effect” hypothesis — the ability of atoms to enter a state of global synchronisation in which they move in a coordinated manner, like a single “school” (school of fish, marching regiment). Key characteristics: delay‑free coordination, absence of internal stresses, preservation of atomic individuality, universality. The effect does not automatically postulate inertia cancellation or superluminal displacement — those are separate hypotheses. Three basic experiments are proposed: non‑local synchronisation, absence of a switching wave, and correlation of motion of several objects. The effect is described only theoretically and has not been experimentally confirmed. The paper is open to discussion.
